For the first time in decades, a department member has raised concerns about the "safety" of donated baby clothes that we provide for our newborns in need or in celebration of a holiday/event... She used the example of a t-shirt she had done for Nursing Administration for any staff member who gave birth at our hospital that it had to be cleared through safety agencies and have that noted on the gift... Can anyone enlighten me?
